Fixing is the stage where safety items on the upper floor show up in Cobbitty. Recent visits recorded first floor bedroom windows without the 125mm opening restriction, balcony drainage not yet installed and balcony posts that still needed an engineer's certification. On the ground floor the usual list followed: architraves and door jambs not fitted, window infills incomplete and a concrete slab finishing short of the garage wall.

Annotated findings from Fixing inspections.
